About
We're on a mission to bring quality education and inspiration to children in India's villages. By living and teaching in these communities for 1-2 weeks, we aim to bridge the gap where resources and guidance are limited, but curiosity and ambition are strong. Our team covers science, AI, culture, and more, empowering students to dream bigger and learn with confidence, right where they are.
Our Core Beliefs
We don't judge by where a child comes from, or what they have. Every student deserves to sit, learn, and dream with dignity.
We believe in teaching what matters: AI, science, computers, and practical knowledge. Kids in villages deserve to touch technology, think beyond textbooks, and see the world of possibilities.
Change starts with understanding. We spend time in villages, listening and learning before we act. We respect local culture and build solutions that fit real needs.
Caste, gender, background, none of it should hold a child back. We stand against discrimination and work to create an environment where every kid feels safe, respected, and included.
We value teachers who care, who show up, and who take responsibility. No shortcuts, no corruption, no "chill and leave." Every educator must be accountable to the kids and the community.
We don't settle for rote memorization. We encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Sports, art, music, science experiments, these are not luxuries, they are essentials.
We work with local communities (gather students from multiple schools and areas), side by side with families and local leaders. Change happens when the whole community gets involved.
We know change is slow. We start with one village, one child, one team. Every life changed is a step forward.

From the founder
I turned 25 today and honestly, I’m done waiting for the “right time” to start this, there’s no perfect moment to start something that matters, so I’m just starting. Rightfit’s school is my way (our way, as a team) to actually do something about the state of learning in Indian villages, beginning with Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.
This isn’t just about teaching from books. It’s about listening, figuring out what’s missing, and showing kids there’s more out there than what they see every day. We’re bringing real learning with AI, sports, philosophy, communication, and practical skills, so kids can think bigger, not just memorize.
The goal is simple: help kids see beyond the obvious, open their minds to careers, skills, and possibilities they might not have imagined. Even if we change just one life, it’s worth it.
For years, I aspired to open aschool and waited until the right resources were in place. However, I realized that waiting only delays progress.
That's why we're starting now, beginning online and through workshops, rather than postponing meaningful action.
