rightfit.so is a proof-of-work based hiring platform helping companies hire talent. we only work with amazing companies (we choose) and candidates we shortlist based on taste and craft. we do not work with random companies or candidates.
this is a temporary site for the rightfit platform. we're fixing some major changes and to not delay things, we're accepting profiles and hiring requests from our socials.

HOW TO COLD DM / EMAIL US
we get a lot of messages. the ones that stand out follow this format:
✓ DO THIS
>mention the exact role you're applying for — don't make us guess.
>write 2-3 lines about yourself — who you are, what you do, why this role.
>attach your best 3 pieces of work, max — live links only (deployed projects, case studies, demos).
>include your current company + expected salary for the new role.
>add your email so we can reach you outside socials.
>keep it short — if your message needs scrolling, it's too long.
>show, don't tell — "i built X that does Y" beats "i'm a passionate developer".
✗ DON'T DO THIS
>don't reach out if your profile doesn't match any open role — check the roles first.
>don't attach your resume / cv — we don't read them. proof of work only.
>don't send "hi" and wait — say everything in one message.
>don't send github links with no readme or dead repos — we will check.
>don't copy-paste the same generic message you sent to 50 other people.
>don't follow up every day — if we're interested, we'll reply within a week.
